DLS Direct Link Sensor
Integrated Machine Vision Modules
DLS stereo Module - Exactly Synchronized Frames by One Single Electronics
ViALUX Scanning Modules
The DLS stereo Modules support two image sensors and one DLP® chip. All three chips are in a fixed position. The customer can select the configuration for 600 mm or 1 000 mm working distance for the DLS stereo Module option lightweight. The base length between the two imaging lenses is 160 mm.
System Control
The ViALUX FPGA logic controls both the high‑performance DLP® chip for fast and precise pattern projection and the image sensors for digital imaging. In that way pattern generation and image recording are precisely synchronized, also for partial sensor readout in a region of interest.

DLS stereo Module, Type Industrial - Designed for Industrial Use
The DLS stereo Module, option industrial, is a variant of the DLS stereo Module. The device is equipped with a dust-proof housing and passive cooling for industrial applications. This means that the device operates silently. The customer can select the working distance as required to create a customized scanner for their application. The units differ in their working distance and housing parameters. The equipment of the DLS stereo modules is also flexible. This allows the customer to create a module that best suits their needs.
Extended Software Option
An additional software package zSnapper® SDK (zSn.dll) is available as an optional extension for DLS Modules enabling high-speed and high‑precision 3D coordinate acquisition. This powerful 3D measurement software has been developed for the ViALUX 3D scanners and is now released on module level. It delivers (x, y, z) coordinates directly and automatically for use in 3D machine vision.
